Meet Ayesha Khawaja!

Ayesha Khawaja delved into the world of health after suffering the devastating losses of several family members to cancer and heart attacks, including her beloved parents and husband. She was left as a single mother of three facing financial vulnerability.
Despite her pain, she was determined to not let her sorrow consume her. Committed to  reclaim control over her life, she studied to become a professional yoga trainer. Following her certification in yoga, she was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis. To the shock of her surgeons, she made a spectacular recovery through yoga and was in the gym only a month after her spinal surgery. Her surgeons were so impressed, they invited her to become a part of their team. Soon, Ayesha had whipped her body into pristine shape, began her career as a gym trainer and was independently supporting her family of four.

Over a decade of dedicated service, Ayesha helped countless clients overcome obesity, infertility, heart problems, acute back pain, PCOS, severe joint pain and even depression and anxiety through her classes. She made many appearances on leading national TV channels like PTV World as a motivational speaker and health specialist, including one with Muniba Mazari, Pakistan's National Ambassador for UN Women. Q. Where are the classes held?

We offer online classes along with in person sessions depending on location.

Q. What are the timings for the classes?

Generally each session is 60 minutes long but timings can be customized. The timings along with other details of the classes (pricing, offline/online, type) will be decided according to your needs, our availability and the customized deal you will be offered upon contact with us.
